Should you wish to secure a late check out you can book it at the time of your booking and the rate is 50% of your room rate. While the hotel is fully booked during Christmas and New years Eve it is difficult to book a late check out upon departure. Regarding the mosuqitoes we haveless that the other resorts are we are located on a peninsula. The breeze blows the mosuqitoes away versus compared to the Resorts on the Motu or mountain side. We are not in competition with the Four Seasons or the Conrad which are indeed 5 stars hotel. I can understand that you did not enjoy the hotel at fair values basis on the expectation you had regarding the two properties mentioned above, you might have mistaking our sister property the InterContinental Thalasso Spa which is indeed a 5 stars hotel when booking your stay. Some matters can be improved and other are not beyond our control. We shall of course share your comments with our owner. Once again, I thank you for your helpful suggestions.
