This hotel was my favorite part of Bordeaux. The staff were kind, encouraging my still developing French with patience, and offering suggestions to make my trip more enjoyable. Coming back each day was like coming home. Merci beaucoup.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful, many times, with our questions. They offered many good ideas for activities and helped us find specific stores. They explained the tram system and sold us tickets. They were happy people and very polite.

Great location. Friendly staff. 4th floor was very quiet. Bar was beautiful. Hotel organized a taxi to airport. Uber is a little walk to pick up spot. Bathroom good.. a little crowded. Bath, big shower, separate toilet and two sinks. Location is very very good

Comfortable, Central location, close to everything including Metro from airport. The beds very comfortable, and rooms very quiet for great sleep. Morning breakfast was convenient and opens early. The girls at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful. The area around the centre closes early, with just local bars & bistros open after 8pm.

The hotel was great, perfect location close to everything, and trams right around the corner. The staff were lovely and superhelpful. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff are excellent and willing to help make your stay more comfortable in any way they can. They provide maps of the area and also sell Tram passes at the front desk to make it easy to get around the city. The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was small and falsely advertised on Expedia. Far too expensive for this small room. Bathroom door right off bedside was frosted glass sliding.. making privacy impossible, especially at night to switch on light. Fridge in room was broken and dirty inside. Would not recommend.
