Very good generally. Restaurant has limited menu. Close to station. Good place via trams to explore Bordeaux. Facilities very good. Would come again.

Dark inside and lack of lighting in the room. Breakfast is not replenished. Most food items empty. Came for breakfast at different times and same thing. Close to the train station and far from all the attractions. Not safe to walk around. .

Everything is good, there was umbrella provided during the raining season. Buffet breakfast was great too.

Hotellet ligger i en lidt mere rå og knap så charmerende del af Bordeaux, som ellers er en helt vidunderlig by. Alt var egentlig helt ok, men modtagelsen var ikke den bedste, da jeg ankom straks efter midnat pga forsinket fly. Og så må jeg bare indrømme, at den nye praksis i mange lande med at tage et saftigt depositum ved ankomst for det tilfælde at man som gæst skulle slå noget i stykker er en mistillid til mig som gæst, som jeg ikke forventede mig. Det er en ikke særligt velkommende praksis, som en søvnig natportier ikke lykkedes med at formidle særlig smart på et gebrokkent engelsk. Så derfor middel anbefaling. Morgenmaden var helt ok, faktisk. Og så er hotellet tæt på markedet, hvor det vrimler med cafeer.

Relaxing and enjoyable
Good spot close to transport and the city centre as well as the train station. Helpful reception staff who were able to help me with questions or concerns meant it was an enjoyable experience to stay. Both comfortable and relaxing.

Well located
This hotel is close to the train station but not enough so that the noise can be a problem. There is a team stop more or less in front which will take you within 10-15 minutes to Place de la Bourse. Being in the older part of town not far from the train station, I felt uneasy at times in the evening. There was no noise in the room, it had a sofa and essentials for morning coffee. I did not try the breakfast because it was too expensive (I felt 18,50€ was a bit much). There aren’t cafés close by so you will have to get some downtown, at the train station or grab croissants and eat in your room. A beautiful city and this location is great to explore from. The entrance is welcoming with lots of space to relax. Check in was good. I would recommend and stay here again.

We loved this hotel. Great proximity to train station and also walkable to old town. We had amazing patio and breakfast was perfect each morning.

We enjoyed having our own terrace. The room was spacious and we enjoyed the in room refrigerator and coffee. We did not eat at the restaurant on-site. The staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged for a taxi to the airport for an early flight ($70 taxi fare). There is a supermarket around the corner for snacks, wine, etc to enjoy on your terrace. The train station is an easy 6 minute walk. There is a tram that stops in front of the hotel. We bought a 24 hour pass for $5 each. The shopping area is fun here. We did our own day trip to St Emillion which was fun. We would recommend this hotel.

Séjour horrible au début de notre séjour on nous a déloger de chambre car le lit d'appoint n'était pas fait alors que nous étions 3 personnes. La deuxième chambre un WC qui ne fonctionne pas du début jusqu'à la fin. Ainsi des draps remplit de poussières d'où j'ai fait une crise urticaire à 3h du matin étant une allergique sévère. Etant une professionnelle dans l'hôtellerie je trouve cela inadmissible que le personnel ne soit pas au courant de problème lié au séjour d'un client. La meilleure réponse à la fin c'est d'offrir un petit-déjeuner comme ci cela remboursera le séjour payer. En plus aucune réponse de la Direction pour des excuses ou autres. Vraiment honteux cet établissement.

We had a great check in and comfortable room. We mainly were inconvenienced with no internet from 10pm- morning. Besides that . Happy and easy to catch the tram to downtown in front of the hotel👍

Exceptional customer service.
The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful in providing us with information about places to see in Bordeaux and how to get there most efficiently. This greatly enhanced our relatively short visit to the city at the end of our holiday. The accommodation itself was also very comfortable.

Bien place, super pour court sejour
L'hotel est tres bien place, avec un parking au sous-sol. Le personnel a ete adorable avec nous, il y a un coin pour les enfants a la reception + des jeux. La chambre etait conforme aux attentes, rien de dingue mais OK. L'ascenseur et les chambres donnent l'impression d'une categorie inferieure a un Novotel mais pour un court sejour, je recommande.
