"Our room didn’t have hot water during our stay. We couldn’t shower, hand washing was with freezing water. The hot tub was empty, they didn’t even tell us when we checked in. We went to the pool and saw it was roped off. Went and asked front desk, and she said “oh yeah, I think we are waiting on a part”. I would think they would tell us this when we were checking in. When we told front desk about the hot water, she asked if we were Marriott Members, I said no. Then said because we booked with Expedia, we would need to talk to them about our issues and they would contact hotel. We may receive a portion of our money back in 30 days. Hotel was loud, kids were outside our room super loud at 3am. Pillows were very cheap, beds not comply. I never write a review about a hotel. I just had to share this. I would never go back to this place again. "

"Terrible experience with Xperia and property. We booked and paid for our stay in advance. Live 3 hours away, upon arriving around 10 pm we were told that Xpedia overbooked there hotel and they had no rooms available. We had to scramble in an unclean and what looked like unsafe property at almost midnight. Absolute terrible and unsafe experience for our family."
