This is the cutest hotel ever! Rooms are clean, breakfast is a standard continental, and the staff is fantastic. Yes, the rooms could be listed as small, but what are you doing hanging out in the room? Get out and explore Kalamazoo and area, it's beautiful there.

The room was fine and the staff was all right. But the parking lot was absolutely AWFUL! It was all ICE and as an older person traveling alone, I was terrified every time I had to get to my car, I was at many places around Kalamazoo, and no one else had that problem. I doubt I will ever stay at one of your hotels in the winter months again.

Toilet kept overflowing. Seemed dirty. It was almost like people were living in rooms. Odd activity going on in the lobby and front door. Very uncomfortable.
