Francois merci pour votre commentaire et le compliment au staff, qui chez nous, c'est vrai, se consacre au soin du client avec tout son coeur Nous sommes désolées pour votre opion sur la chambre numéro 5: rappelez que nos batiments ne naissent pas comme chambres d'hotel, mais ont été récupérés des typiques maisons ligurienne du XVIII siècle. Les espaces ne peuvent pas etre lequels d'un grand hotel :)

Dear Mr Thor, thank you for your nice words on our hotel. We are happy you enjoy the stay. I am sorry but I don't agree on your comments about the restaurants in the area: Borgomaro is a little village of 300 inhabitants, and so people who book here can imagine there is not the choice of restaurants as in a big city. In Borgomaro you actually have 4 different possibilites: pizzeria, agriturismo, typical trattoria and new a la carte restaurant and let me say there is enough choice for a little village like we are. We explained clearly at check in that in high season it is better to book and we offered to do that for you. I am sorry if you did not listen to our advice, but it is not the restaurants fault to be busy in AUGUST. We try to give the assistance a client needs to organize the stay at its best, but if the client don't listen to our advice than i think he should blame himself Thank you Kind regards Elena
