“There were enough cooking utensils, and I think it was a good accommodation for the price. Our family of four was able to stay comfortably without feeling cramped.”

“Recommend”

“I stayed here for 6 nights, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any hotel. During the entire stay, my room was never cleaned even once. When I asked the cleaning staff, I was told that my room was “not scheduled for cleaning,” and if I wanted it cleaned, I had to call a small phone number posted near the door. I called that number, but it turned out to be a disconnected line. I then tried to reach support through the app, but it only connected me to an AI chatbot, which was...

“The single duvet for a king bed was terrible. The door wouldn’t open from the app, and despite calling support during my five-day stay, they couldn’t resolve the issue. I had to call my neighbours at midnight to open the door for me. It was a really disappointing experience, and the support staff didn’t even pick up the phone. ”

“Disappointing Stay – Good Location, Poor Room Condition I stayed at Apartmenthaus Berlin Neukölln while visiting Berlin for a gig nearby. The location was convenient, with good transport links, and the check-in process was very easy. Unfortunately, these were the main positives of my stay. The room itself was in poor condition and fell short of my expectations. There was no kettle, and although they offered a coffee machine as an alternative, the drinks were not heated properly. There was also...
