โThe hotel is really nice and the location is even better. Huge territory for nature walks by the river. Definitely get the breakfast buffet - the food is amazing. โ
โThe location is amazing, too many activities near the apartment. Best place to stay with family.
However,
1. The hotel has to be renovated urgently.
2. Furniture is old,
3. Towels are mostly torn
4. Bath amenities with the lowest quality
5. SPA doesn't have slippers and enough towels.

โThis is a wonderful property in Borjomi, it's a little out of the way but close enough to get a taxi into town. The hotel was great, very comfortable rooms with great staff, and they have a bidet, a true gem.โ
โThis is a very simple hotel on a large very noisy road. The people who work there (we had contact with 4 or 5 people at different times in less than one day) are accommodating but do nothing if not asked, and you have to find them first.
Positive: Nice mattress
Negative: Everything else...
- It is very noisy both from the road and the rooms. We had men next to us who were extremely noisy.
- The bedding solution is not good with sheets that are uncomfortable and there is one blanket that good for...
