Good location and service, small family room..

Location and services were good. Room was outdated needing renovation, and small for a family room, with 4 people there was almost no place to put the luggage.

Allt var bra utom ”musiken” från festivalen. Men det kunde ju inte ni hjälpa och ni hade förvarnat. Men att komma från Chess musikal på Dalhalla till den fruktansvärt dåliga musiken på ”festivalen” var ett hopp från det bästa till det sämsta.

Bra pris på boende men väldigt dålig lukt på rummet. Mögel i badrummets fogar. Väldigt högljutt nattetid. Oerhört svårt att få plats på frukosten som också skapade köer in.

Vi skulle stanna 3 nätter på hotellet men var tvungna att avbryta efter 1 natt. Med ingen luftkonditionering eller någon som helst ventilation blev det outhärdligt att vara på rummet med en temperatur på 30°. Det bästa med hotellet är personalen i reseptionen. Otroligt trevliga som kan kundeservice! Vi fick tillbaka pengarna för två nätter. Efter tips från reseptionen besökte vi 2047 Science Center som ligger i samma byggnad som hotellet. En fantastisk upplevelse för barna!

Trevlig personal. Väldigt bra utbud vid frukosten. Prisvärt. Tyvärr dålig ventilation i rummet, vilket gjorde att sommarhettan inte gav med sig, trots fläkt. Öppet fönster krävdes för att få lite luftcirkulation.
