not a good experience

The hotel is very well located. The rooms are spacious, but not in good condition. The bed and mattress are old and very uncomfortable, and the rooms are very noisy. The breakfast is very different from what is shown in the photos. I think there are much better accommodation options in Falun for the same price.

The location is in the inner city and is great to visit Falun, or do some shopping. The room was small but very clean, the shower was great. The breakfast is very good, various and generous. The ladies were nice and helpful.

Central location, good price

Good location, close to everything. Spacious room, nice breakfast, really good value for money. Parking is paid, but you get good discount with the hotel code, and can park right outside.

Really basic, room on the ground floor so my window was just in the parking visible for anyone walking on the street. Description showed laundry service available but totally false.

Got stuck into the elevator (3 persons) and it took half an hour to get out, the girl at the reception panicked and didn't know how to deal with the situation, meanwhile we were running out of oxygen, it was scary; we paid parking for our car in front of the hotel but then they told us that it wasn't guaranteed we could find a place for the night (and we specified since the beginning we'd have returned late); second night we had problems with both digital keys of our room and we had to make a call (paying ourselves for it) to solve the problem (it took more than an hour, the operator gave instructions by the phone but it took 4 different keys before it went thru opening the door, meanwhile we had to go up and down to our room every single time from the lobby to try again and reprogram the key... absurd... we asked to send someone at the hotel but since the reception is closed at night it was impossible... having to wake up early the next morning it was bad to loose another hour of sleep. Unfortunately our experience was very very bad. Such a shame...The hotel refunded just a ridiculous amount for 1 day breakfast (which was initially included in our price). I expected a significant refund given the enormous inconvenience, not just a few pennies! Never again...

Väldigt litet handfat och en hylla direkt ovanför som gjorde det omöjligt att tvätta sig utan att blöta ner golvet rejält. Annars fint och städat rum.

Ok för en natt.

Rummen skulle behöva renoveras. Ok för en natt när vi passerade Falun. Det fanns inte så mycket att välja på vid frukosten samt att det var ganska litet utrymme. Ett plus för trevlig personal!

Handtaget till badrummet sönder, saknade stoppskruv, man kunde inte stänga helt. Blev ej åtgärdat under 3 dygns vistelse. Enkelt frukostrum. Fönster svåra öppna och stänga, krävdrs för att hålla nere temperaturen. Frukost rimligt normal ingen lyx. Hotellpriset rimligt i förhållande till standarden. Bra sängar, kompakt rum.
