"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing overall. While the staff at the reception desk were polite, friendly, and helpful during check-in, the condition of the property itself needs significant improvement. The room did not feel clean or well maintained. The bedsheets looked old and had visible stains, which immediately created a poor impression. The blinds were also broken, making the room feel neglected and uncomfortable. In general, the hotel had a sketchy atmosphere that did not feel very welcoming or relaxing. The biggest issue for me was the washroom situation. Having only one shared washroom per floor was already inconvenient, but the condition of it made the experience even worse. It clearly needs renovation and much better maintenance. I personally chose not to use the washroom during my stay because it did not appear clean or comfortable enough. Cleanliness is one of the most important things in any hotel, and unfortunately this property did not meet even basic expectations in that area. It is disappointing because the reception staff were genuinely nice and professional, and they tried to provide good service. However, friendly staff alone cannot make up for the poor condition of the facilities and rooms. Overall, this hotel could improve greatly with renovations, better cleaning standards, and more attention to maintenance. At the moment, I would not choose to stay here again unless major improvements are made."

"Would you expect tv and ac since we are not in 1964? Well, TV did not work. AC spit out black gunk which smeared like grease on everything it landed on but AC did not spit out any cold air. Room was 79 degrees for 3 days. Bed advertised as a queen — It was a full. When we called and asked the person said “did you get your room from hotels.com? We don’t have any control over what they say.” Sure you don’t. Look we’ve used 3rd party booking for years and have never had a property use this excuse. If they are going to, then they shouldn’t be on the site. The “desk” had no room for anything but the non-working direct tv box and it wasn’t a desk. It was a thin table thing. The “chair” was a clear plastic lawnchair-ish thing. Good luck if you weight over 160 lbs. hook hangers were at the top of a 6 foot “closet” — which was a cheap wardrobe. The only solid place to sit was the toilet. Cameras were EVERYWHERE — creepy place. So you see other reviews that say the place is great? Ask to see which exact room they are letting you have. The rooms are not at all created equal. If you ask to move, they will not accommodate. They also have a ridiculous detailed policy where you can’t invite others to your room?!? Really?!? What if you are in town visiting a friend. This place is the same price or higher than many very normal well run hotels with 24 hr service nearby. They act like they are doing you a favor of not having the “hassle” of a front desk. Front desks mean AC & TV"

"Location and room size (pull out couch, kitchen) were great for us - close to easy to use train line - is a short walk. Is possible to take train from airport, does require one transfer, not super quick, but Uber not quick (and $pendy) either during peak times. Breakfast 'serviceable' - should be able to find some calories to get the day started, coffee/tea, juices, etc."
