โI made a mistake on my room type when I made the reservation, they hotel was extremely helpful in helping me get it corrected. The hotel is beautiful, the location/views are amazing, and the food at the hotel restaurant was outstanding.โ
โQuiet and clean, while still being convenient to the subway and bus lines and attractions. Breakfast was a nice touch with cereal, fruit, pastry and lots of tea options. Young vibe in the neighborhood because of the Berklee College of Music nearby. Lot of restaurants within walking distance, including many vegetarian-friendly. I especially liked the Pho Basil that was within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommend.โ

The location is unbeatable โ just a short walk from many major attractions, and only about 10 minutes from Back Bay Station. We walked everywhere during our stay! The hotel has a cafรฉ and a Mexican restaurant on the first floor, as well as a bar in the basement. Convenience stores and Whole Foods Market are nearby, which made it easy for us to grab fruits and snacks.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was seamless and efficient โ we appreciated being able to reach them easily via text, and any requests we had were addressed promptly and thoughtfully.
Our room had a shared bathroom, but we were very impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. Towels were provided generously, and the shared bathroom and shower facilities were spotless. The bedding was also clean and very comfortable. Thereโs even a microwave available in the basement, which was a nice bonus.
Thanks to this hotel, our Boston trip was elevated to a whole new level. It was truly the perfect place for our family, and if we ever return to Boston, we wouldnโt hesitate to stay here again. Restaurants, convenience stores, and subway stations were close by, easy to approach on foot. Room was small but given the affordable price it was never a problem for me."
