Don’t turn up between 14.00 and 16.00!

Surprised to turn up after a 5 hour drive to discover the hotel reception locked at 15.10. The sign showed reception open from 6 until 22.00 … Otherwise, pretty much what you’d expect for the money - but a nice quiet location.

Very happy with our stay here, preferable to our previous night at a nearby very pretentious and overpriced previous Abbey! We’re heading home again now after a week in the languedoc and needed a rest stop on our return journey. Would happily stay again with this hotel.

I have stayed here once or twice a year for the past six years. Every time a great welcome and all you need for an overnight stop. Lidl store just round the corner and great restaurants les than 10 minutes away.

I have stayed in few hotels worse than this one. The decoration is tired, the staff unhelpful and, after a 6 hour drive, I was told that the restaurant was not open on a Friday night. I had prepaid, otherwise I would have gone elsewhere.

Nous avions avertis de notre arrivée à 21h00. La chambre devait alors être ouverte et les clefs mises à l'intérieur. Or, à notre arrivée à 21h00 tout était fermé (chambre et accueil). Nous avons croisé la responsable dans le couloir qui ne s'est pas identifiée comme telle. Nous l'avons prise pour une touriste. Ce n'est qu'en revenant sur nos pas qu'elle nous dit qu'elle venait d'ouvrir et mettre la clé sur la table. Pourquoi ne pas s'être identifiée plus tôt, au lieu de nous faire stresser. Cdt.
