So good points - newly renovated and the standard room is small but quite nice and clean. The brasserie looked really good - didn’t use it but menu, service, ambience looked great. Less good points - 1. you cannot access the hotel by car as it’s in a pedestrian zone. So if you arrive on foot great but otherwise - stress. 2. Check in staff on Saturday were so clueless I can only assume that the woman was the managers girlfriend- how else did she get the job? First she couldn’t find my reservation then after 10 minutes when I spelt my name out slowly and repeated it in a caricature french accent ….she found it. 3. Parking is free but that is probably because it’s impossible to access.. it’s behind bollards in the pedestrianised centre. “just press the button and tell the police you want access” the receptionist breezily said. No so easy when you are trying your find the access point on a printed map, tired from driving, can’t speak French and have a bus and several cars honking their horns because you have stopped. So we parked on the road. The next day was Sunday and the receptionist was great - I explained our problem with parking and she was sympathetic and said it may have been just as well we parked on the road as the police don’t answer the buzzer to exit on Sunday!!! Apparently there is a way out but your satnav needs to know which way to direct you (!). 4. Really not interested in making recommendations for anything. 5. Wardrobe wasn’t long e ought to hang dresses

Great location within easy walk to palace and cathedral. Parking was a little tricky but the hotel staff were super helpful in finding it and it was free when we stayed. Great value for France as this is a new and elegant hotel.

Cet hôtel récemment ouvert est juste parfait. Mention spéciale à la terrasse en rez-de-chaussée de rue où il est délicieux de consommer une boisson fraîche en dégustant des tapas. Personnel aux petits soins.

Väldigt vackert och supercentralt hotell, kändes totalt nyrenoverat. Vi bodde i juniorsvit, väldigt spatiös. Enda nackdelen var att AC:n slutade fungera på kvällen, och det var 36 grader ute. Blev erbjudna att byta rum.

Hôtel tout neuf et très bien équipé. L’accès pour trouver le parking est un peu compliqué mais le personnel est très attentionné pour vous guider. N’hésitez pas à les solliciter 😊.

Un peu mitigé la chambre est juste à côté de la rue centrale très mal insonorisé avec des camions qu’on entend passer dans la soirée le parking est loin supplément pour le spa non indiquer à 20 euros pour une heure
