We loved the interior and the location wasn't too far for it to be an inconvenience. However, I felt that there was a lack of communication, particularly when I tried to contact the owner regarding tourist tax application. There was no reply so we had to figure it out ourselves. โesperienza positiva. hotel in ottima posizione, subito dopo l'uscita di San Lazzaro e a 50 metri dalla tangenziale. Hotel molto tranquillo e silenzioso, munito di parcheggio. Camera e bagno pulitissimi. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Vicino ci sono un ristorante una trattoria e un ottima pizzeria. Quando tornerรฒ a Bologna mi fermerรฒ di nuovo in questo hotel

โThe location is perfect and close to the main attractions. It is a lovely apartment with all the amenities necessary. The only thing that has been a bit annoying is that on Expedia it's clearly stated that the cleaning fees are not mandatory if you clean the apartment yourself but in reality they are mandary fees! โ
โWe stayed in the most extraordinary room I have ever seen. All four windows overlooked the rooftops of Bologna. The light at all hours was like a painting. The remote control shades gave you control of the amount of light you experienced. It was complely private but you could see the cathedrals and towers unobstructed.
The staff was minimal but very helpful and gracious. The linens were clean and high quality. An extraordinary place.โ
โSehr sรผรes, liebevoll eingerichtetes B&B. Super zentrale Lage neben den Tรผrmen. Von hier aus kann man perfekt die Stadt erkunden. Nach vorheriger Reservierung ist Parkplatz in einem bewachten Parkhaus mรถglich. Eine gute Wegebeschreibung erhรคlt man vom freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal vor der Anreise. Das Zimmer war sehr gerรคumig, voll ausgestattet mit super Preis-Leistung-Verhรคltnis. Immer wieder gerne!โ
โAmazing apartment and love the Turkish bath. Itโs so central, close to all the shops, bars, restaurants and sights. Slightly daunting driving through the pedestrian area to get to the hotel garage, but perfect directions were provided.โ
โLast minute booking and I was treated to a gorgeous room with a balcony on the edge of Piazza Maggiore. Fantastic location!
The place wasnโt fancy with front desk, buffets etc, but perfect for a solo traveller wanting a local experience. Breakfast โItalian styleโ is included at the nearby cafe.
The Piazza is noisy, but the windows are soundproof and you wouldnโt know there was a sole outside.
Iโd stay here again.
