“Great stay
Need more heat in space where pool is during winter! Front staff, cleaning staff, breakfast staff all excellent and friendly. Quiet the majority of the time. Desk chair broken by another resident but was replaced. Great stay! Very clean! And hallway deodorizer was wonderful.”

“The only issue we had is: at check in we were told the room wasn’t ready, no big deal.
But the man that did our check in told us they would email us as soon as the room would be ready.
Well we waited for one hour and around 30 more people were also waiting for this email that was never sent.
After a long wait, we decided to go ask and they finally gave us a room but the aircon wasn’t working, so we mentioned it as we were going out, the man that did our check in said we will look into it….but...

“I frequent this hotel on a regular basis during the winter time as its within walking distance to my job. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are spotless and the General Manager Joe is always very accomodating. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area and looking for a very clean hotel with super friendly staff.
