We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

The room was naturally cool (it was hot outside), it had a working refrigerator, and a comfortable bed, and a comfortable couch to sit on, very rare in my experience. "Super Hotel, vorallem die große (ehemalige Tennis-)Halle mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Babies und Kinder zum Spielen (Bällebad, Hupfburg, Klettergerüst, Arcade-Spiele, Trampolin, ...). Unterirdischer Gang zur Therme. Hotel und Spiele-Halle ist sehr sauber gehalten, im Zimmer gibt es auf Wunsch alle nötigen Utensilien (Wasserkocher, Babyflaschen-Wärmer, ...) für Babies. Einrichtung und Deko ist jetzt nicht super modern, aber sauber und gepflegt."
