"This hotel was FANCY! Staff was so incredibly friendly and so caring when it came to their guests. We arrived very early as we had a morning flight. It was very hot outside, and when we arrived at 11am to just store our luggage they offered an early check in, it was so amazing to have, it saved our day! If I go back to Rome I will always stay here. Food nearby is very good and authentic, and metro is a very short walk. We did it late at night and had nothing weird happen, actually the area was quite lively still! With how the staff make you feel, I will always recommend this place! I hope they see how appreciated they are :)"

"I stayed for four nights, and on two of them, the air conditioning didn't work properly. Despite my complaint, nothing changed. I drive a Mercedes V-Class—a vehicle similar in size to many others (including the hotel's own van)—yet I was charged double for parking (€20 instead of €10 per night) on the grounds that my car took up two spaces. I didn't find this fair, and I believe the hotel should reconsider this policy....very unfair."
