5.4 out of 10, (8 reviews)
"Floor was sticky. Stove broken, 1 pot, no plate nor cup. 1 spoon, no fork nor knives. No towels when I arrived, only a bathmat. I called and texted and at 9am got towels. The hotel is right next to major train lines. My fault for not looking at the map. Trains went till after midnight and started around 5am. Not just one mind you. I stayed 1 night instead of 2 ."

10/10 Excellent
"The room and hotel itself were immaculate - would've thought it had just opened brand new! Terrific breakfast and an excellent bar. Will always stay there when in Hamburg."
