“Trackside accommodation gave great views with shared balcony. Limited cooking facilities but there is dining available on site and not to far from The Hilton either. Comfy bed, lovely bathroom and shower was hot. ”

Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....
