"I booked this stay specifically for what was advertised as a beachfront, single-level unit with a sliding balcony door and access to a pool on the property. While I did receive a beachfront location, it was not the unit shown in the listing.
Instead, I was placed in a different nearby property that was a duplex-style setup. We had people staying above us, and the noise level was extremely disruptive—it honestly sounded like constant running or roughhousing late into the night, making it very hard to relax or sleep.
Additionally, there was no pool available at this location, which was one of the amenities that influenced my decision to book in the first place.
For the price I paid, there are a lot better options on the island. I’m not usually one to complain, but this stay simply wasn’t worth the cost.
There were also several quality issues—the refrigerator made constant noise, and the AC unit rattled. Parking was another frustration: even with a guest parking pass, you have to compete for a spot, and there doesn’t seem to be any oversight, as anyone can park on the property.
Overall, this felt very misleading compared to the advertised listing. If you’re expecting exactly what’s shown in the photos and description, I would strongly recommend confirming the exact unit and amenities before booking"
