“Very clean and great location for our Venice getaway!”

“I will never book through ACO again. We have stayed in homes from Encore before and have always had a great experience. But it seems, ACO Vacation homes do not properly upkeep their homes. Rooms and bedding were dirty and had stains on the pillow cases and sheets. All the light switches were sticky for some reason. Broken furniture such as an ottoman found upstairs. Most TVs in the rooms had no connection. Blinds were missing on many of the windows. Dining room seats and table were dirty....

“Beautifully decorated with everything you might need. Clean and fresh with exceptional communication. Perfect location with the general store nearby, restaurant next door and beach access in walking distance. ”

“love next time I go to Daytona going to the same place peaceful not a lot of people in and out pool hot tub outback was nice balcony was great watch sunrise over ocean they gained a customer for life and the owners were a text away anytime I had a question or issue which just trouble with lock was all perfect ”

“Pool was small not what was advertised on the photos from the internet.” The internet would work for three minutes be out for 20. The dryer machine doesn’t work it took 8 hours to dry one load and then it still wasn’t dry completely we stayed for one day and left. Brown marks on the walls top in bottom. Small ripe in the couch, carpet looked dirty just not what you accept when your on vacation and shave saved money all year long I wouldn’t book her. Own or manger never called back I called 4x...

“The house was very clean and the room were as well. It's complicated with the codes to get in but the staff were very helpful and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place anyday.”

“Great Location”

“After receiving confirmation on our stay and booking, after calling to ask questions about the property and get answers, we arrived and call for check and the property was not available. Had to made numerous call to get help and after spending significant time trying to get the issue resolved, we just had to go a different way and get a place ourselves. Will never used them again and the property people also very unprofessional ”

“Hi I was not under the understanding that this was a shared bathroom unit. I was under the impression you had your own bathroom, / shower. The bedroom is as big as the bed. Little to no room to move around. The people surrounding the area are a bit shady, no one is friendly or inviting. There is a spider dangling down as you try to get thru door. There is 3 sheds and a U-Haul outside. All of it is so suspicious and very concerning. I stayed for 15 minutes before listening to my gut and leaving....
