"This hotel was a huge mistake. Stayed with our family of 4, and from the moment we arrived, the vibes were just off. My daughter and I accidentally left our jackets in their main floor washroom, and when we realized and came back to check, they were gone. We spoke to front desk and they were completely disinterested, made absolutely no effort to try and help or check anywhere and gave off the vibes that they could care less. We stayed for 4 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned once - by day 3 we asked about this and were told that the rooms are only cleaned by request - yet this had never been mentioned to us! The rooms are very basic, awful lighting and not well maintained at all (dirty carpets, showers that have broken faucets). Would never ever stay here again nor would I recommend this place to anyone "

"I had a wonderful stay at this cozy hotel in Miami. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming. The facilities were great—everything was well-kept, and they even offered a nice breakfast. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked fantastic. As an independent woman traveling alone, I felt very safe and well-treated. I would definitely stay here again!✨🐚🌼"
