"Our favorite hotel in Miami! 5 stars all the way. The staff is super pleasant, the hotel itself and the grounds are manicured and super clean; smells amazing everywhere you go. The room gets cleaned daily, with a turndown service so it always feels clean and towels are constantly refreshed. The pools are kept clean at all times and the overall vibe in the hotel is just super chill. This is not a party hotel, perfect for couples and families! "

"Outside of no hot water in my room and the morning staff at Area 31 did not treat all of its guest the same or gave the same high level of service as they did others it was great."

"Only one elevator available sometimes, when we order drinks at the beach it will take more than 45 minutes to get our drinks but then we will tell the server and it will be quicker, just small details "

"We had a wonderful weekend at this hotel. The rooms are very big and comfortable. I was a little worried after reading a few reviews that said that the rooms needed to be updated, in my opinion they are just fine as everything in the room is very well kept, it is a matter of different tastes. If you are looking for a modern looking hotel, this is not for you as the style throughout the entire hotel is elegant classic not contemporary. "

"Nice location and property, but the rooms are a little bit too noisy. Outside noise was heard clearly through the night. Also, the doors from the nearby guest rooms would make a loud noise heard inside our room every time they were closed."

"Checked in and out was as easy as I thought it would be. The pool area was nice and clean with a nice view. There was nice restaurants in the surrounding areas, Unfortunately I wasn’t able to check the dining area from the JW Marriott because of my tight schedule but I would try in the near future."
