“Very disappointing stay due to AC issues and poor handling of the problem.
From the first day, I reported that the AC was not properly cooling the bedroom. The living room eventually became cold, which showed that I had the AC set correctly, but the bedroom vent provided little to no cold air. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that I wasn’t following the AC instructions correctly.
I tried calling several times to explain the issue, but my calls were ignored. I eventually had to contact...

“I booked this property mainly because of the YOTEL name, assuming it was YOTEL-managed. I later learned that the unit is privately managed by a third party, even though it is in the YOTEL building. It was not clear to me when booking and made the experience disappointing. If I had known, I would not have booked it.
I arrived late at night and checked in at YOTEL, which caused some confusion and delays before I was redirected to next door to access the unit. The room was very small for four...
