"The overall stay was good, the only thing I didn’t like was that we tried getting in contact with the owner of the apartment and he never responded. The cable in the room for the TV wasn’t working and we tried getting in contact everyday from since we came. Another thing was the cleaning service. No one came to give us new towels, throw garbage etc etc.. we had to do cleaning service ourselves, throw away our own garbage and keep having to wash the towels. "The property is in a great location, very central and walking distance to everything. The apartment itself needed some maintenance, the bed covers smelled bad, and there weren’t bath sized towels provided. It was also be helpful for checkout instructions to be provided earlier on. I was notified to leave the door open after I checked out and I had already left the apartment. "

"As a person that loves to stay in south beach, this was a change for me. Downtown Miami is busy though. YOTEL and Yotelpad are in the same building. Check in was easy. They had kiosk on arrival and we were able to check in early. They have robots to bring items to your room. I thought that was cool. Rooms were nice, huge washer/dryer, stove, fridge and freezer. I really liked that you had to swipe your key to move around hotel, felt safer that way. However the carpet in the hallway needed some...
