"Simple room, very easy walk to boardwalk and dining."

"Place is very clean, spacious room. However, when we arrived, the valet did not greet us, and all of them had Air pods on. Also, the valet expected us to give a tip for them “helping” us with our belonging, when they did not do anything of the sort. Also, if you want to be closer to the bars or night life, this hotel is a little out of the way."

"Our room needed a lot of attention. The furniture was dated and significantly scratched up, the drywall by the door in the bathroom door had chunks out of it, and the idea of a frosted glass bathroom door that doesn't latch doesn't seem well thought out. Lastly, while it was nice that beach chairs were provided there was a group on rhe beach playing inappropriate music (personal speakers weren't supposed to be allowed) and used the "N" word repeatedly in their conversation with no regard to the families around them and no one addressed it. We are very disappointed in our experience there."

"Clean room, bathroom a bit on the small side. Water in the shower/ bath was not clear and the pressure was aggressive. I liked the pressure but the output was a lot. A better shower head would fix this Didn’t seem to be rust from pipes that caused the unclear water, but nontheless was able to shower fine. The other negative was the sensor light behind the tv. While the concept was nice, it was quite annoying to have to keep moving towards it for light. Especially when there wasn’t a lot of lighting in the room overall. This wound be a nice feature if it wasn’t the main light source. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will return."

"I could not have asked for a better stay! Costa Hollywood is beyond a beautiful resort in such a great area. The Broadwalk is right there, with plenty of great food options. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Housecleaning came and reset our room for us mid-stay and the room was also clean when we arrived. The couch had some wear on it, but we didn’t use it much and it did not take away from how wonderful our experience was. Our room was upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom without us asking, which was so kind! Mari and Jennifer were fantastic. The pool was clean and heated, and it was the best part of our stay. I would 100% stay at Costa Hollywood again. "

"Restaurant doesn’t open on day time, nowhere to buy a drink. Starbucks department doesn’t have food, closed on Sundays, prices ripped off. Our room wasn’t being cleaned. Lobby staff were lovely and very helpful. "

"The staff at check in are wonderful. I booked a group and had no problem getting everyone checked in early even with the name changes."

"The room was clean and organized—ideal for a short stay or to sleep only. Really close to the airport and few shopping plazas."
