Nice clean apartment in a nice neighborhood. Just a 15 minute walk to the Lauderdale By the Sea beach which has lots of restaurants and bars. There was also a convenience store, restaurants and an Irish bar around the corner. Rental company was very responsive to questions. Would for sure stay again.

We stayed for a week in January. Location is convenient and property is clean. Communication with staff was great. Apartment was spacious, supplied with lots of towels, kitchen pots and pans, bathroom soaps etc. Would stay here again!

Property Managers communicated well, the staff membets we met were polite. My experience was very good although hurricane Milton's approch made it a little difficult to enjpy the property as planned. I will return ffor another stay.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit for five nights, and had no issues. The apartment was very clean, there were plenty of towels, free soap, and plenty of dishes, pots and pans. The beds were a bit noisy (metal frames), but very comfortable. We loved the area, lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place, just bring your spices

We appreciated the spaciousness of the living area and the cleanliness of the apartment. The kitchen was not as well stocked as we thought it would be…no salt or pepper or a kitchen towel but we were able to make meals in the cookware provided. We loved that we could walk to the beach plus had a park close by. We would choose this place again.

Great location, responsive hosts. advertsed as nonsmoking but a unit around#12 had someone smoking pot all of the time. the main bedroom stunk from the pot and the odor lingered. i will book again but will ask for a different location on the 3rd floor.

Large unit, very clean, 15 min walk to the beach. All perfect. Had minor issue with door code and they sent someone right away. These guys are good at their job.

The place was nice and clean. The pull-out sofa was hard to sleep on and the bed mattress was hard but it was just for one night. Very clean. I would come again if I had fewer people.

Cheap but decent.

The place was decent. The location was good. Pool area was nice. It seemed clean except for the fingerprints all over the fridge and the floors need a good wash with soap and water. They felt dirty and left your feet filthy. Showers worked good. Overall the furnishings were cheap. I’m pretty sure they all came from Walmart. Some of the furniture was damaged but it’s not my house so as long as nothing broke when we sat on it then I could care less. I didn’t look dirty and nothing was falling apart, it just looked cheap and some of the surfaces were peeling. I would stay again for the price.
