“The was neat, the service was excellent. ✨”

“Great”

“We had a wonderful long weekend at The Beach House. Staff at the resort were all extremely helpful and friendly! We did not run into one grumpy staff member, which is unique! The pool, pool staff (especially Kimberly and Michael) and bartenders were very attentive and friendly. Loved the special drinks brought around by the bar staff! Will definitely return!”

“lll preface that the hotel was extremely busy following mass flight cancellations. The room was spacious and the staff were helpful. However, the room was unclean and I witnessed a cockroach run across the bedroom floor. Additionally, my room had no toiletries and soap. Finally, the airport shuttle was highly unreliable. It never showed up to the airport and was 25+ minutes late departing the hotel forcing us to order an Uber instead.”

“Great”

“Location perfect. Good security. Quick elevator. Kind staff. Everything was good. Surely will come back!!! ”

“청결과 샤워용품이 너무 좋아요 특히 레몬향의 바디샤워는 최고입니다 I love the cleanliness and the shower products. Especially the lemon scented body shower is the best.”

“The coffee in the room was good. Would have been nice to have had different flavours in creamer, rather than just the original. No complimentary water in the room, had to keep asking the front desk. Would have been nice to have had 2 bottles a day placed into the room. A free airport shuttle would have been helpful too.”
