The front desk staff was average at best, not particularly helpful. On the other hand, the breakfast staff was exceptionally friendly and made the morning more enjoyable. The location was great, with easy access to good dining and shopping options nearby.โ
โI stayed at this hotel for the 1st time, since I love thd Guitare hotel and all the area around it. Very friendly and hospital staff. Clean facilities, roof top pool and restaurant with night parties near the pool. They also offer a free shuttle to Hard Rock Hotel every 30 minutes. I loved our staying there very much and will recommend this hotel without no doubts. โ

โValue for the money was very good. Having transportation to The Hard Rock and airport is a plus. Also the breakfast was a nice bonus. Ample parking and convenient. Room was very clean with the exception of the couch, it was stained and I would not even sit on it. Needs to be steamed cleaned. โ
โVery nice hotel and staff is very helpful and friendly. Because of our original booking got canceled and we got to stay in this better than expected hotel. We enjoyed the restaurant very much!โ
