Staff so polite helpful pleasant. The amenities were ok the pool is a basic outdoor pool. Hot tub not the cleanest. The outside little tiki bar is cute. The beach section is alittle disappointing the chairs were very old distressed looking, the loading unloading of jet skis right there is obnoxious.

Cleaning was awful. We had no toilet paper for 24 hours. The fridge is cheap and literally came out of the cabinet it was in when I opened the door. The ironing board was broken The phone in the room didn’t work.

The room has a lot of mould and moisture and I can’t recommend if you have allergies. The beach is privately reserved by a jet ski company and you’ll need to pay them for beach chairs and anything else on the beach. Half of the beach is used for jet ski parking. You will only have access to beach itself and only to half of it. You’ll need to use your towels if you don’t want to pay to rent beach chairs. You’ll have no choice but to smell jet ski fuel and listen the jet skies engines.

Buena ubicación, accesible, ofrecen servicio de troll con una aplicación. Con las habitaciones limpias, las camas cómodas y almohadas suaves. Buenos black out. La playa muy buena limpia y muy cerca del hotel. Los servicios del bar en la piscina buenos tragos aunque los precios un poquito altos. Pero muy cerca del hotel hay varios restaurantes, cafeterías, heladerías y pizzerías con buenos precios y comidas deliciosas. Se puede ordenar entregas de comidas a través de la aplicación Uber Eats. Con valet parking o self parking.
