The hotel has the BEST views, friendly staff. It’s the cleanest and most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. Customers are obviously always top of mind here. Also, we watched all of the cruise ships come in and out of the port from our room. Free shuttle to Fort Lauderdale beach and Port Everglades. Next time we cruise from Fort Lauderdale we will definitely be staying here!

We booked a stay at Omni for one night and it just so happens they had just opened 8 days prior. Every employee we encountered here was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful! Very clean, chic, modern and good for adults and family. The room was super cozy- beds and pillows were comfy AF. We ate at the Reef 76 restaurant on site and it was delicious. Service was top notch. If you’re coming through this area I highly suggest you experience a stay here.

What a resort! The rooms are beautiful, the pool is so relaxing and the robes were luxurious. Our group of 10 stayed there after our flight was cancelled and the following day we kept getting delayed. They were welcoming in us staying in their beautiful lobby area after we checked out of our rooms, until it was time to go to the airport. The food was delicious on site. We ate in the sports bar and upstairs in the pool deck. The only disappointing aspect was paying $11 for a tiny açai bowl.

Beautiful room and hotel. Still having growing pains, just opened. Staff helpful. Good food in the restaurants and priced well. Minor things needed to improve, such as more hooks in bathroom for towels, daily housekeeping VERY LATE in the afternoon, needed to call to get it done. NO SELF PARKING on site, valets sent me to the Hilton across the street, and they charged $50. Valet service was $60 at the Omni hotel. So definitely check into that if you have a car.

We waited a long time for our room, even though it was well past check in time and we had been in communication with the staff regarding our arrival time. We did receive a drink voucher for our wait, but after a long day of travelling, it was still disappointing. Besides that everything was great - clean and nice rooms and friendly staff.
