When we got back to the accommodation, our luggage was all moved to another room by the staff and our room was occupied by another guest. Our new room was very messy and small with no kitchen and no sofa bed. Is it possible to open the door and move the guestโs luggage without any contact? Staff were very friendly with requests and I wish a QR code was available in the room for hotel services services such as a reminder that 24 hours notice is required for cleaning. โLots of great food options. Short walk to the beach/boardwalk. Pet friendly! Outdoor area is super cute! We had our own towels and chairs but it was nice to know they offer free beach towels and beach chairs. The night staff member made sure we had everything we needed and made check-in a breeze. The only complaint would be the bed. The sheets were โstarchyโ and slightly uncomfortable. Overall, would definitely stay again.โ
โConvenient, clean and friendly staff. So close able to walk to restaurants and bars, stores everything is in walking distance. Second time staying here, last time was in '21 no complaints then or now! Will be back!!!โ
