Our room is dated but spacious and clean. The location is wonderful and the staff friendly. Our flight was early and they held our bags until check in time. The pool was warm. For the price this is a great spot to stay! We loved going to Nicks in the evening.

The room was ok, smaller than expected but clean and comfy. We had a queen suite, 1st floor,pool side. The location is awesome, about a block from the beach. The staff was kind, courteous, friendly and helpful from the owner to the maintenance staff. We will definitely stay here again

Great location. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is very outdated. But you get what you pay for. We had a good time. Beware the pool closes at sunset. So it means on January it closes at 5:30

One flush toilet had a sign that you could not flush toilet paper-gross! Very noisy location. The futon was not comfortable to sit on-hard as a rock. The legs on the dining room chairs were very rickety and about to snap off. The floor just inside the bedroom door is sunken and bounces when stepped on like you might fall through. We appreciated the friendly staff and early check in as well as the convenience of a kitchenette!

I am a frequent renter in Hollywood Beach broadwalk. This hotel is my all time favorite so far. From the staff (the owner Andy) to the staff were all incredibly nice to the room and property were perfection! The check-in process was quick, easy and organized. The room was extremely clean, modern, GREAT bed, GREAT towels, so many extra shampoos, soaps, lotions… cutest little kitchenette with basic utensilszzz
