“We stayed here for two nights.But on the second day, something unbelievable happened. When we got back to the accommodation, our luggage was all moved to another room by the staff and our room was occupied by another guest. Our new room was very messy and small with no kitchen and no sofa bed. Is it possible to open the door and move the guest’s luggage without any contact? I protested because it was so unpleasant, but they kept answering the ridiculous question that the room we originally...

I didn't like that. The gentleman that sign me up for it and charged my card $20 made it seem as though I had to sign up for it.”

“This hotel was excellent and the perfect place for my visit to Ft. Lauderdale. I came down from NC to enjoy the oceanfront and tropical climate. It didn't disappoint. The hotel room was impressive and plenty of space. All amenities were just right. Everything was great and I highly recommend this for anybody who is looking for a great stay.”
