"The layout of the property was unique The cooks for the breakfast where unfriendly Room service with Sparse . Room Service missed a day to clean the room and had to be requested Bathroom was dated ( needed to be renovated)"

"The rooms were cute, clean and comfortable! The property itself was also Clean and overall a good experience. The staff was wonderful, friendly and attentive. My Complaints: the extra $100 a day ontop of what it already costs to stay there, for “resort fees” and parking, it’s quite pricey. And $50/night forced valet parking isn’t ideal. The pool & beach closes at 8 & towels were not always available everyday, so that was slightly annoying for the cost. The baleen kitchens food is subpar and extremely pricey."

"Shower water pressure was extremely low…..in both bathrooms. One trash can in the kitchen. None nowhere else….in a two bedroom unit. “Leather furniture was cracking and peeling”. We didn’t sit on the furniture. I sat on the end table, when watching TV in the living room. Washer/dryer was out of service. And the ice machine on our floor was out. We have stayed at this property three previous times. No time was perfect, but we liked the overall stay, so we would come back This time there were so many things not to par. For a boutique hotel, u don’t expect full-service. But when u pay for the upgrade rooms, you expect service and amenities to match the upgrade price and experience."

"The room was very clean and quite spacious, with parking conveniently close. Check‑in and check‑out were efficient, though check‑in could have been more welcoming and informative. Breakfast was great, and the breakfast staff were outstanding. For the price, I would definitely stay again."
