Check in was smooth, the hotel pool was nice-great for the kids. They have a hot tub my boyfriend liked. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions. Not dirty clean. Overall staying here was great.

My stay at the Renaissance Hotel was okay. The staff was very nice and welcoming, which made the experience more pleasant. However, the rooms could definitely use some upgrades, as they felt a bit dated. Overall, it was an adequate stay — friendly service was a highlight, but improvements to the rooms would really elevate the experience.

Many restaurants around the area walking distance. 10 minutes to the beach by car. Only downside, if you reserve parking for a cruise know that it’s outdoor roof top. No coverage from the weather.

Everything was good with the stay at the property. The amenities were great and the breakfast was 10/10. Even though the young lady on morning shift was very rude and not welcoming to me when I reached out asking about the parking being applied to my card, when Expedia agreed to pay for everything.
