Everything was good, but parking could've been better. There is onsite parking in the front and back of the property but they fill up quick so there were two nights I had to pay for street parking, which I was not happy about and quite expensive. I wish there would be reimbursement for this. The room was good, clean and had all your basic amenities. I did like the location of the property though, as it's lively and right next to the Riverwalk.

It was like home away from home. Seriously it was well kept, it had all the things need in the kitchen, it had netflix on both tv's, and most of all check in and out was sooo easy.. We will use them again!

This was a great location if you are going to Fort Lauderdale to party. It is next to the water which is awesome! The unit itself was nice too a lot more spacious than the pics make it look. Overall we would absolutely go back!

Very nice place snuggled into downtown ft Lauderdale, right next to the river walk, restaurants,clubs. Down the road from the beach. Lovely place no complaints. Nice and clean and very relaxing. Definitely will be coming back next vacation

The location and ease of getting around was great. The room was clean and everything worked well. There was a shortage of cooking supplies and aids, such as pot holders, and the limited number of dishes and one dish towel, did present some challenges at times.

Excellent location right next to the Riverwalk. Excellent communications with property management. Safe and secure electronic gates and front door. Spacious, cute, newly remodeled. However small repairs, caulking and painting are sloppy in spots and where it overlaps and hasn’t been scraped off properly is collecting dirt. Could have been cleaned more thoroughly—baseboards and doors were dirty and floor felt sticky. Once I cleaned up a few things it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

10/10!!! Room was clean, host was super responsive with questions we had prior to checking in. The courtyard is so cute, and the area around the property is part of old Fort Lauderdale which is gorgeous! 5 minute walk to a 7/11, and less than that to rentable e-bikes which makes getting around downtown a breeze. Only comments would be that the shower runs a little on the cold side, which is not a big issue when you’re in FL. The unit comes stocked with toilet paper (we had like 5 rolls which was awesome) and towels, paper towel, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Reasonably good location and fairly clean. Did not like the service as it’s all on line. When I did get through to complain about lack of parking, the person I spoke to questioned how I knew the cars were not registered with Lowkl! Could not be bothered to investigate as it was obvious workers at the nearby restaurant and its guests were parking there.

Nice quaint place right by the river and downtown convenient to everything. Rooms are new and Clean with an easy check in process. The courtyard is nice, but a bit noisy from local construction. Parking is a bit of a challenge as there are limited spots available. The biggest challenge we felt was the horribly cheap“mattress” which was just a piece of foam not an actual mattress. It was very uncomfortable and completely caves in when you lay on it. We left a day night early because we couldn’t take another night sleeping in the bed.
