"I would consider this an economy hotel. The location is excellent very close to Bayside and Kayesa Arena. The rooms are small not much room around the king bed. No chair just a foot stool to sit on. The bathroom is tiny and the fixtures are old. The a/c unit was noisy. The bed was comfy and the unit was very clean. No on-site parking but a good valet service. For $200 a night it’s good value for doentown Miami. Overall I would rate it 3 stars."

"Surprisingly big rooms, Fast Internet, Good breakfast spread and nice new beds and mattresses. Everything you ask for in an Airport Hotel. The furnishings were falling apart due to improper installation, especially the plumbing, but it may be limited to my room only. It worked, though and had no issues apart from being loosely fitted."
