โThis is a wonderful hotel and every one from the front desk ( Bianca ) is just the sweetest thing and willing to help in anyway, the security, the maids are well mannered and helpful. โ
โThe staff was great they welcomed me and my family offered us some coffee as we walked in they were super friendly.when I asked for something there was someone there to help right away the rooms are beautiful and really clean I would recommend this hotel to anyone.โ

There is nothing more I need other than the desire to stay one more day!! They made me feel comfortable by checking to see if I needed anything through messages. We are extremely grateful to Janna, Fernando, and Domenica for their attentive care and assistance. Also, the housekeeper cleaned the room so perfectly that I liked it. Next time I come to Miami, I definitely want to stay at this hotel."
