"Room was updated but also dirty. Out of the three towels in the bathroom two were stained with makeup. All the guests I encountered were either drunk or with bottles. I felt unsafe, thank god it was only one night. The hotel was probably nice in the 80’s now they should close it down. Also there are construction on the west side so be ready to be waken up by the noise. I would never go back to this hotel. "

"The location is just about 25m outside of Miami’s and offers the perfect, quiet, very clean comfort out of the city with a gorgeous pool, local shopping, and on site dining. Appreciated my stay and hope to travel back. "

"We booked this stay through Hotels.com after our original hotel reservation was unexpectedly canceled at the last minute. So we went to hotel.com and we paid for the room the same day, saw the charge processed on our account, and received a confirmation email for one room with two queen beds, which we specifically needed for three people. However, upon arrival, we were told the room had already been sold and that they had not “received payment on their end”, despite us having proof of purchase. The only option offered was a room with one queen bed (no couch bed included), with no adjustment to the price and no alternative accommodations (such as offering two separate rooms or any form of compensation). As a result, we had to leave and scramble to find another hotel that could accommodate us on such short notice. This was an incredibly stressful experience and not something we’ve encountered before when booking through a third party. And we're incredibly frustrated trying to get a refund."

"I’m not adverse to staying at budget motels but this was worse than any place I’ve ever stayed and I looked forward to checking out. Upon arrival, I was unable to locate the office so I called and got a text, “Sorry I can’t talk right now.” Once I indicated I was checking in, I received a call. I was given the room number and told the keys were inside. No ID needed? Taking a rickety elevator that I’m shocked was up to code (no papers posted to indicate otherwise), we entered the room. A few minutes later a man tried entering the room asking if I worked there and he said a sign was posted that a reception was in my room. After a brief grilling about who I was, I texted to confirm my room number, she confirmed but said nothing in response to my concerns about the man. I have no problem with dated hotels but this wasn’t the issue. The door barely opened and there was a large stain on the floor, rust?, from the door scraping as it opened. The room needed a better cleaning, we only used the refrigerator and purchased paper products. The blinds weren’t all functional- the one in the bathroom wouldn’t close nor would the large window above the sliding door. The toilet ran all night so clearly had a leak. The steps also seemed unsteady, particularly at the first landing. A guest had a dog that barked all day. The elevator was turned off in the evening which was an inconvenience with a big suitcase in tow but management didn’t respond to my concerns about it. Don’t recommend!!"
