"I stayed here because i got surgery and one time me and my husband left the room to go get food and the lady entered to clean the room and when i came back all my prescription pain meds were gone (i left them on the nightstand)…. Which were Narcotics and i was unable to get a refill… that was the only thing missing and made my recovery very painful 😕 09/2024"

"Hotel is right off the highway & was selected for that reason only! Called for the military rate & it was HIGHER than the rate online. Thanks for your service…NOT! Check in & had to leave $25 deposit for incidentals??? It’s 2026, I won’t be charging anything to my room nor making any long distance calls from the room! Always trying to get you with the fees! Get into the room & a bottle of water is $3!!! So much for the weary traveler & $230 room charge!!! "

"The property is “unattended” and the host was not unresponsive in real time and was therefore ineffective. The check-in instructions assume that the guest is already familiar with the property (who knew that there is more than one “tiny house”? I did not) and are therefore a poor guide and resulted in guests being in wrong rooms and a VERY angry and disappointed other guest banging on my door at 7pm blaming ME for all her problems. There is some kind of boring insect in the ceiling above the kitchen sink, dropping its scat on the corner of the counter. I won’t EVER come back. "

"Juanita at the front desk was awesome. She is friendly, helpful and easy to talk with. The rooms need dehumidifiers. There is so much moisture in the air the bed linens were damp. Everything you sat in the room would absorb the moisture from paper to clothes. Other than that, it was a good stay. Thank you Jaunita for the laughs. "

"The room had roaches, filthy floors, no towels at all. The front door to our room had been kicked in while the swing arm was over as an extra security measure. That piece was ripped off and never fixed. The a/c unit had fuzz balls in it showing just how much they care about cleanliness."
