The homey atmosphere and being on Curtiss Pkwy which is a beautiful street to walk down. The staff if always professional and helpful. The housekeepers are top notch as well! Thank you, Parkway for being consistent.

This property is beautiful and inviting, the girls at the desk were so pleasant, friendly knowledgeable. Our room was clean, the bed were very comfortable. The bathroom...well i want that one at my house. See you soon.

Yes, its rundown. No, its not a Hilton, but we needed a cheap place to stay that was close enough to both the airport and the cruise port. Also, right across the street were food and drink options. Definitely would stay again

The building had a distinct smell, there was obvious water stains all over the floors in the hallway. I will say the view from my room was nice.

Horrible room and customer service. The television was broken. Only one channel came in. The room had a strange odor. I saw roaches.

I Recommend this property to others,Staff at front desk nice and humble,the handyman services nice man,the worker's that clean are nice, though you may need the call if your staying some days I've had 2 the 3days No service I had to buy some of my own toilet paper and wash to have towels everything else is great
