I have 5g, didn't need their wifi. Parking seemed okay, staff was extremely friendly. My family suite was amazing!! Location was great, restaurants close by, laundry mat close by. Great place.

this is a great spot for a one night stay or if you’re just needing a place to sleep and explore miami. it’s overall quiet and not a bad area, despite what other reviews were saying… parking is also very easy, it’s just right on the backside in the alleyway. it is a bit older but it was still very clean. check in/check out was also very quick and easy. would definitely stay again for a budget stay in miami (:

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Unsanitary Conditions, Insects, Lack of Privacy, and Unacceptable Room Maintenance ⭐ 1/5 Stars I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. What was supposed to be a comfortable and relaxing stay turned into a very unpleasant and frustrating experience. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and missing several basic things that guests should reasonably expect when paying for accommodations. One of the most concerning issues was the bathroom window, which was not functioning properly. This allowed large insects to enter, and we even encountered a cockroach inside the room. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness, pest control, and the overall maintenance of the property. On top of these problems, we did not have the privacy that paying hotel guests deserve. Between the condition of the room, the insects, the broken bathroom window, and the lack of privacy, it was impossible to feel completely comfortable or enjoy our stay. Guests should not have to pay for accommodations that fail to meet basic standards of cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and privacy. I believe management should take these complaints seriously rather than expect guests to simply accept such unacceptable conditions. I am requesting that hotel management contact me directly to offer a fair resolution, preferably a full refund or complimentary additional nights in a properly cleaned, inspected, and fully functioning

This place was so dirty. There was hair on my towels. I actually went and bought new sheets and a pillow to sleep. The best thing about this place was the pub across the street.

The homey atmosphere and being on Curtiss Pkwy which is a beautiful street to walk down. The staff if always professional and helpful. The housekeepers are top notch as well! Thank you, Parkway for being consistent.

The staff really try to make the best of a tough situation. The hotel is 1950s Miami- EVERY part of it. It’s pretty gross. How it has not been condemned is beyond me. The walls are paper thin- you can hear the neighbors breathing. The clientele is sketch to say the least. I would sleep in my car before staying here again.

Yes, its rundown. No, its not a Hilton, but we needed a cheap place to stay that was close enough to both the airport and the cruise port. Also, right across the street were food and drink options. Definitely would stay again
