โBooked a deluxe room but they were under maintenance so they upgraded it to executive for free. Everythingโs perfect except for the parking area... max 6 cars could get parked lolโ
โFront staff was very friendly and helpful. Always greet with smile good hospitality. However the toilet can work abit better especially the shower stand and miss shampoo โ

Many times, in Jakarta, Manila, Thai, etcs, I am encountering so many long faces in the hotels and various organizations. It seems that they are very unhappy and they are angry with their salary, welfare, and systems. But, in this hotel, how can you make them look very happy and work diligently, even though their salaries are not so high, compared with others. It is a mystery to me. I have to learn the secret.
