โReception was responsive though cleanliness of bed was terrible and staff could not provide clean comforter and very bold to say that hotel didnโt have any clean comforter. We have to live with cover of comforter as a cover. Early morning no tea or coffee. It took their sweet time to serve. Staff education requires to handle customer. โ
โThe resort is located on the outskirts of Nashik. Booking cabs takes longer than usual. Opt for Ola. The front of the resort is kept pretty and the resort pics are from this end. The rest of the resort needs generous landscaping. It is dry and greenery is patchy. The rooms though good arent great. Exposed wires from TV and STB look ugly. Bathroom needs urgent works. โLocation of the resort is amazing however maintenance of the property is very poorly managed. Most of the rooms at ground level are having water leakage issues from roof.
Food quality is nice whether its breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Also the car parking space kept in an open land outside the resort which causes battery downtime during rainy season as weather is quite chilled here.โ

We were two elderly couples .
The property personnel was not ready for us and they had not kept the room ready, even though we had a confirmed booking and we had paid 100% advance. We had reached the property much after the check in time.
The dining area is not clean and there stray dogs and crows continuosly pestering us during lunch the first day of our stay . We preferred to eat in our rooms for the rest of our stray. Dogs were a menance at night as they would bark and move around...
