no not at all. swimming pool & other facilities are closed which were not highlighted during booking. amenities you need to ask they are not providing by default. poor service. they were charging more then what it was during booking in name of taxes, when I highlighted they agreed. Definitely it was intentional.

Very Responsive and Helpful Hotel Staff

The stay was very comfortable. The staff was very responsive to my requests [An example - the electric kettle was not working. After I called the Front Desk very early morning, the staff came within minutes. And the kettle was connected in another socket where it worked. Later at around 8.15 AM an Electrician came who connected the kettle at its original socket where it worked]. The Staff at the Dinning area were also very responsive - I was particularly impressed by Mr Prasad, Supervisor.

Davvero un buon hotel

La struttura dell' hotel si presenta bene, ben curata. Il personale alla reception è assolutamente fantatstica, disponibilissima e competente. La camera si presentava pulita e in buone condizioni di manutenzione. Il ristorante in buone condizioni di pulizia; colazione buona e varia. La scelta alla carta per pranzo e cena era varia e la qualità del cibo buono. Il personale decisamente attento alle esigenze del cliente. Fantastica la palestra, attrezzature nuove e ben tenute!!!! Unica pecca il wi-fi, per me che lo usavo per lavoro era di scarsa potenza in stanza, il segnale era buono solo nel corridoio.
