Be carefull

Check your rooms and conditions, they will try to give you the worst room. Make sure they provide all promissed qualities and room amenities. Staff are arrogant to the point of laughing directly at you - are not at all welcoming.

The beach is nice and clean but the hotel close it for guest use from 8 pm to 7 am The property condition is poor - broken tile, outdated furniture, broken bathroom fixtures, no safe in the room, etc. At arrival I had to wait one hour before they check in a large group of guests. I did not leave valuables in the room but some of the guests reported stolen personal items from the room.The location is very suburban far away from major airpot Transportation options are limited and very expensive at least you wish to rent a car and drive Food is not on the level of 4 star hotel Nor recommended

Abbiamo optato per la formula residence, ottima la vicinanza al mare, praticamente ti svegli e sei già in acqua trasparente, gli alloggi un po’ datati avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione, e manca un bazar per gli approvvigionamenti, valutando tutto ed il rapporto qualità costi comunque buono.

Die Residenz (Wohneinheit) war für zwei Personen ausreichend und lag in der Nähe des Strandes. Zudem ist die Poolanlage großzügig bemessen. Das Gelände der Wohnanlagen ist weitläufig und gut ausgeschildert. Allerdings ist negativ und mangelhaft zu bewerten: - wenn ich ein Hotelzimmer buche und dann eine Residenz erhalte, darf ich davon ausgehen dass Handtücher auch hier inclusive sind (und nicht gegen 10 € ausgelieg´hen werden müssen) - die Mitarbeiterinnen inder Lobby sprechen lediglich italienisch und englisch - WLAN und Internet funktionieren nur sporadisch, selbst in der Lobby - Internet in der Residenz ist ein Totalausfall - die Toiletten in der Lobby werden vernachlässigt (mehrer Male, zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten, musste ich feststellen das kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden war) - am Strand wird jeden Tag von 10 - 12:30 Uhr Animation angeboten und die Lautstärke die hierfür verwendet wird ist zu laut und unerträglich - der Pool wird ab 15:30 - 23:00 Uhr ebenso mit einer Lautstärke und Animation bespielt, so dass einem die Ohren abfallen - die Kickbox-Veranstaltung die Sonntags in der Zeit von 11:30 - 12:00 Uhr stattfindet, wird zur Zumutung für alle, da die dazuspielende Musikam sich gegenseitig übertönen versucht. Das ist Körperverletzung - bei der Einfahrt muss man jedes Mal das KZF verlassen um sich an der Lobby mittels Klingeln Zutritt zum Gelände zu verschaffen - das Lobbypersonal interessiert sich bei der Abreise nicht t ob der Gast/die Gäste zufrieden war/en

Un peu décevant.

Résidence de l’hôtel simple. Ils fournissent les draps mais pas les serviettes de bain , bizarre pour un hôtel . Manquait un peu de tout , fallait toujours demander pour obtenir des infos ou du papier hygiénique ou casserole ou sac poubelles . On vous donne l’appartement et on vous laisse deviner . Manque de communication . Enfin bref , pas trop top . Trop ancien l’hôtel , a relooker et rénover .

This facilty is geared towards families and groups. There is a lot of entertainment much of it very loud and going through to well after midnight making it hard to sleep. Breakfast was basic and the coffee undrinkable. Dinner was not worth the money. The room was comfortable and staff friendly.

Senza gloria, anzi.

Abbiamo prenotato nel residence dell'albergo per avere più autonomia e abbiamo scelto questa struttura perché forniva l'aria condizionata in ogni stanza. L'alloggio ci è stato consegnato con diverse ore di ritardo rispetto all'orario previsto. Siamo arrivati alle 14:30 in struttura, alle 15 avrebbero dovuto consegnarci le chiavi, alle 16:30 ce ne siamo andati perché il nostro bimbo era stanco ed irrequieto. Ci avevano detto che ci sarebbe voluta almeno un'altra ora per avere le chiavi. Arrivati nel "bungalow" ci siamo trovati un alloggio senza aria condizionata, alla mia lamentela mi è stato detto che però ci hanno dato un alloggio più grande del previsto e che comunque era parecchio arieggiato che dunque l'aria condizionata non serviva. La stanza era pulita ma davvero fatiscente. Il bagno era pieno di incrostazioni così come i mobili. Lo scarico della doccia era troppo lento e mentre ci si lavava si riempiva sempre di più. Un soggiorno disagiante a dir poco. L'unica nota positiva era la posizione, a due passi dal mare.
