“Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Its not the hotels fault but some of the people that were staying there made it not so nice experience lot of banging and shouting at night and someone was trying to get into my room at one point. But overall the hotel itself is good for anyone travelling for a few nights in skegness.”

“We upgraded for a spa suite and were not disappointed! It included a lovely sitting area, big bathroom with shower & bath and a very comfortable bed. As well as straight access into the spa area. The lady on reception was very helpful when we checked in. The room was modern, clean and really spacious. There is also a mini fridge and bits for tea, coffee & hot chocolate and bonus cookies which were a lovely extra. The spa was very busy when we stayed but we still managed to try all the areas...
