“Very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Would stay again when down that way.”

“I would never stay here again. It’s beautiful yet totally impractical for guests. There is a “no shoes allowed” policy meaning I slipped as I carried my bags up multiple flights of stairs in socks, no air conditioning & no actual shower (just a large bath with hand-held shower handle). I think the owners have severely misjudged what the average guest wants. I paid about the same the week before nearby at the Premier Inn for all the amenities I wanted in a better location. I’ll be staying there...

“Positives good parking good location , after that all negatives reception and procedures for checking in poor and area felt uncared for . Room felt icky needed complete refurbishment painting tatty carpets need throwing out . I would say unless you are desperate to be in this area give it a miss .”

“Pro’s: The location, how quiet the balcony was, the friendly smile we got at check in. Con’s: The sink didn’t drain properly (asked the staff to fix it, they didn’t), the place was kindof clean at first glance -until you look in the corners and at the drinking glasses, the shower was small and in bumped my head getting into it, the air con kept turning off, the listing didn’t have an address (only a street name) so we had to call to ask where they were located specifically, the “reception” was...

“Great location, just a couple of minutes walk from Wapping station, Sainsbury's local opposite, pub was nice too. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Perfect for us to stop over for the night & would definitely stay again. Thank you!”
