The hotel is far from most things. Very loud laughing from the next door. We raised it 4 times with the reception but no changes. The shower was not hot at all althhoug we raised it several times with the reception. The swimming pool is very small and you have to walk through the restaurant on the top floor to get there. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone.

Segunda vez que nos hospedamos especificamente neste hotel, mas já ficamos em outros da rede! O atendimento do senhor Silveira foi excepcional. Única coisa a pontuar foi um barulho durante a madrugada que vinha de alguma maquina que ficava ligando e desligando na parte externa do hotel, nao sei se era ar condicionado ou outra coisa.

Qualidade do serviço razoável

O cartão do quarto não funciona bem para selecionar o andar do quarto no elevador; o quarto reservado deveria contar com uma mini cozinha, mas, o fogão elétrico era incompatível com o padrão da tomada. O hotel improvisou um adaptador, porém, não testaram o fogão previamente, pois, não funcionou de forma alguma. Café da manhã bom, com quantidade razoável de opções e equipe prestativa. Quarto limpo, com ambiente agradável e bom sinal de wi-fi.
