"Didn’t have breakfast. Minimal interaction with staff but when I did they were very helpful. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby but also a few beggers and rough sleepers, but that, sadly is Northampton for you."

"Really fantastic hotel and very reasonably priced. Staff are all excellent. Great location for the station. Rooms are beautifully designed with a comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. It’s without a doubt the quietest nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. Heaven. Breakfast is also exceptional. Bar and restaurant are lovely, great vibe and a good selection of food. Would definitely stay again "

"Clean, comfortable and quiet room. Good WiFi, TV and kettle. I would have liked there to have been some decaffinated coffee in the room. Also, I wish I had known to bring a padlock for the changing rooms for the gym and pool. There wasn't one available for me to use and so I had to put all my clothes in a plastic bag and leave it by the side of the pool"

"First day not so good, today the breakfast was fine. Car parking easy and near to the hotel. We did think that it was not very well lit. "

"Easy to find and fantastic big car park at the back of the hotel which was included in the price of our stay. Lovely warm room, comfortable bed and great shower. There was a good breakfast selection but staff didn’t interact with customers and didn’t clear our table once during our 2 day stay. I hate dirty pots around me!! Also no conversation with restaurant staff about alternatives for breakfast as only had fried eggs on offer at self selection. I asked for poached eggs and it took them over 20 mins to bring them to me. I asked twice how long they would be and was told there is a bit of a delay with my order as quite a few people had ordered them. Not sure why as it only takes a couple of mins to cook these!! Also hot food options were empty and had to keep asking for things which was a bit annoying. Overall our stay was okay and I would stay again. "
